They are like time machines: you immediately imagine yourself being a driver of such vehicle, crossing roads which do not exist anymore. The car and the wheel are like twin brothers. Connected together, they count on each other and help each other to win the race of time and distance. Soul of Sikkim

I made my first trip to Himalaya in 2010. It was first time in my life when I saw Tibet mountains, full of colors and impressive power, so nicely painted in works of Nikolay Roerich. This collage is composed of photographs showing mountain range of Khangchendzonga (third highest peak in the world) National Park of Sikkim, sacred writings on stones in Tashiding buddhist monastery and stupas in the monasteries of Gangtok. Prayers flags talk to the Gods and sing songs of winds.

Pixels from Hollywood

I was on a bus tour in LA, when I saw Bugatti Veyron shining with bright yellow color in the sunlight. A group of tourists and teens next to the car was making selfies and taking snapshots of this $2,7M super sport monster. Later on, we made walking guided tour in the Beverley Hills, where stars of Hollywood live. Here I took second shot - of the metal door of the house of Elvis Presley, full of signs and letters of eternal love from his funs. Two images are merged together to create colorful collage of time and human dreams. Print size: 80 cm x 120 cm. Abstract collage created from the photographic images of Lviv, Ukraine. JUST LVIV IT! You will find this slogan in number of places in Lviv – capital of Western Ukraine. It means – come, see, discover, try, enjoy and come for more! A special lifestyle of the cultural city with ancient traditions, mixture of European and Ukrainian architecture, dozens of museums and countless cafe and restaurants – all will satisfy the most demanding tourist of the world. One of the most exciting photography assignments I had, related to Lviv State Opera, where I had to create gigapixel panoramic image of unique curtain painted in 1897-1900 by Genrich Semiradsky, was given as a gift to the city and its theatre. The other two of his paintings are in Opera in Krakow and in La Scala.

It is difficult to believe one's own eyes when seeing architecture of Foundation Louis Vuitton cultural center for the first time. Multiple shapes of colors, crossing planes at different angles, transform sunlight into spectrum of rainbow. Sometimes among those columns, sections, levels and wholes you may have strange feeling of loss, mess and disorder. But take your time, carefully look around and you will feel symphony of the space and music of the architecture. A new environment is born around you, full of art and expression.

Legends of sacred Ovruch, Ukraine

Abstract collage created from the photographs made in St. Vasily Cathedral in Ovruch, Ukraine. It all happened in July, 2017, when I received an assignment to photograph paintings on the wall of an ancient cathedral in Ovruch - small city about 200 km north of Kyiv. I've never been to this place before, and imagine my feelings, when I discovered that this St. Vasily Cathedral was founded by St. Vladimir The Great, and it is more than 1000 years old! The assignment turned out to be the most technically difficult in my professional photography practice – due to the fact that interior of the Cathedral was almost completely dark, and many of the wall paintings were at the height of 5-6 meters and up. According to my knowledge, I was the first photographer in history who documented interior and paintings of this amazing place. This collage has been created in the memory of this beautiful place and great people I met there.
